Gaisano Capital Pagadian is one of the newest Gaisano Malls in the Philippines located in Pagadian City. It bears the distinction of being the largest shopping mall in the Zamboanga Peninsula, edging out Mindpro Citimall in Zamboanga City to second despite having fewer tenants than Mindpro. Gaisano Mall attracts shoppers not only from Pagadian, but also from nearby areas of Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, and as far as Cotabato City. The mall receives a small population of visitors each day compared to other business establishments in other parts of the city.

History

The Heva Management Group started constructing a mall in a 2-hectare lot in Barangay San Pedro in 4th quarter of 2007, two years after the transfer of regional offices from Zamboanga City to Pagadian City. Soft opening of the GCP (or G-Mall as Pagadianons popularly called) was on December 8, 2009 with the opening of its department store and supermarket. The grand opening of the mall was on March 2009 with the opening of McDonald's, Jollibee and a large number of stores. GCP also offers an annual "midnight sale" for Pagadianons.

Gaisano Capital Pagadian is originally planned with cinemas at the fourth floor, but due to rampant piracy in the Philippines, the management decided not to put up cinemas in it. The fourth floor may be the ideal location for an amusement center and entertainment complex.
